We were here with 12 people after our wedding. We were warmly welcomed and the food was very good. Despite the number of people, we were able to order a la cart and everything worked perfectly, everyone got their food at the same time, a rump steak was through instead of medium, but that can happen. Ultimately, it was a successful conclusion, great value for money and no detached guests or landlord. We would love to come back.

Always happy, outside a beautiful courtyard, a bit small inside, but very cozy. For me the best rump steak in the Palatinate. Consistent quality for almost 20 years. The other dishes are no less good either. I advise everyone who comes to Freinsheim to reserve a table in the stream.

The restaurant has a very cozy outdoor area directly at the historic calibration station and in the immediate vicinity of the city wall. The level of the kitchen is above that of other good bourgeois cuisines and offers both daily specials as well as nicely made desserts. Of course, the lover of the Palatine kitchen is not too short. Especially good is the rump steak, which has a good height of 4-5 cm. There is a selection of very good wines and others. Winery Rings and Philipp Kuhn. Inside, the wine bar is very small - only 3 tables!

The room is totally cozy, probably also very popular ... which the reservations suggest. In addition to wines, there is also draft beer and wheat. A menu that already gives an idea of ​​the quality! I had a herb pancake with fresh mushrooms and Roquefort cheese sauce ... fantastic is probably best! A beautiful outdoor area / beer garden with no traffic! Safe for children ... An absolute tip in addition you are served very friendly!
